We connect while you watch
You start the remote session yourself and can end it at any time. Nothing is installed permanently.
Pay for the session
Billed at R850 per hour in 15-minute blocks, agreed before we start. If we cannot fix it we tell you what will.

Do you come to my house?
Most problems are fixed remotely. Home visits depend on the areas we cover and are quoted before we travel.
Is it safe to let someone connect to my computer?
You start the session, you see everything on screen and you can end it with one click. We never ask for your banking details or passwords over the phone.
I run a small business from home. Is this for me?
Yes. If you have a few people working with you, a monthly plan may cost less than paying per session. We will tell you which suits you.
