Plan or pay by the hour: which costs less?
If you log more than a few requests a month, a plan usually works out cheaper and gets you a response target. For the occasional job, paying by the hour is fine. We will tell you which suits you after the health check.
Is there a limit on how often we can call on a plan?
No. Remote support for the people and systems on your plan is included, whether that is one call a month or thirty. Work that is really a project, such as a migration or an office move, is quoted separately first.
Why a company fee as well as a price per user?
Monitoring, documentation, the monthly report and an accountable engineer cost the same whether you have five people or fifty. Charging for them once keeps the per-user price lower as you grow.
Is there a set-up fee or a long contract?
Onboarding costs one month's fee, waived if you commit to 12 months. Otherwise plans run month to month and you can leave on 30 days' notice with all your documentation and passwords.
Is there a minimum number of users?
Plans are designed for 5 to 150 users. If you have fewer than five, phone us and we will say honestly whether a plan or pay-by-the-hour suits you better.
What does an on-site visit cost?
The on-site rate above, with a one-hour minimum, plus travel. Most problems are fixed remotely and never need one.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, from the start of any month.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices on this page exclude VAT.
