Do we need a support contract to use you for a project?
No. Projects are quoted by themselves. Many clients start with a project and move to a monthly plan afterwards.
How is a project priced?
A fixed price against a written scope. If the scope changes we agree the difference before doing the work.
Will there be downtime?
We plan the disruptive steps for evenings or weekends and tell you in advance exactly what will be unavailable and for how long.
