AI does the routine. An engineer owns the result.

Most of the wait in IT support is logging, sorting and chasing. We are handing that part to AI so an engineer's time goes on your problem.

What is live and what is rolling out

We label each part honestly. This list is updated as features go live for clients.

The rules the AI works under

You are told when it is AI

Anything written or done by the assistant is marked as such. Nothing pretends to be a person.

A person is one step away

Reply to any message or phone 079 794 1083 and an engineer picks it up in helpdesk hours.

An engineer approves changes

The assistant can suggest and draft. Changes to your accounts and systems are checked by an engineer first.

Everything is on the record

Each action is written to the ticket, so you can see what was done, when and by whom.

Questions about AI in your support

Will I be talking to a bot?

For logging a request and routine questions, possibly, and it will say so. For anything else, or whenever you ask, an engineer takes over in helpdesk hours.

Is support available all day, every day?

The assistant can log and sort requests at any hour. Engineers work the helpdesk hours shown on this site. Urgent out-of-hours cover is agreed per client.

What does the AI see?

The content of the ticket and the history on your account, so it can sort the request and suggest a fix. Ask us for the detail of which tools are used and where they process data.

Can we opt out?

Yes. Tell us and your tickets are handled by an engineer from start to finish.
